Strategy Reconsidering

Strategy Reconsidering is the general course followed by an organization. An integrated approach to strategy reconsidering includes at least two axes: the current strategy, which is related to visible, concrete and immediate objectives, and future strategic planning, which is related to broader objectives that cannot be accurately determined and are based on a strategic vision, usually for the next 15 years.
